What if you don't have roles that match me right now?
We'll be honest with you. If we don't have a good match right now, we'll tell you and explain what might change that. We keep strong candidates in our network and reach out when relevant opportunities come up. No ghosting, ever.
What kinds of companies do you work with?
We work primarily with growing tech companies (50-500 employees) and post-Series A startups. These are companies that care about engineering quality and are willing to invest in finding the right people. We don't work with companies that treat engineers as interchangeable resources.
I'm a career changer / bootcamp grad. Will you work with me?
Absolutely. One of the reasons we exist is because ATS systems filter out talented people with non-traditional backgrounds. We look at what you can actually do, not just your pedigree. If you've built real projects and can demonstrate your skills, we want to talk to you.
How long does the process typically take?
From first conversation to offer, it typically takes 3-6 weeks depending on the company's interview process. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout. No surprises.
Will you share my information without my permission?
Never. We always get your explicit permission before sharing your profile with any company. You're in control of where your information goes. We also won't submit you to roles you haven't agreed to.
